April 2020 Employee Newsletter

COVID-19 Update Hello to all the employees of A-1. We hope that you are fairing well through this difficult time. Please reach out to our Administrator, Sanjay Patel ( or Office Manager, Dyonna Smith ( if there is anything you need.

Office Closure Effective Monday, the 30th, the office will be closed until the Stay at Home order is lifted. You may still drop off timesheets to the office; slide them under our door of the office suite (not the main door downstairs). If you do not have a direct deposit, paychecks will be mailed to the address we have in Paycor. Please make sure your mailing address is correct. If you need to pick up timesheets, gloves, or any other supplies; please schedule a time to do so by calling the office number. The office staff will still be working remotely and can be reached by phone and email per usual.  EVV Client Signature Requirement Suspended The requirement for providers to capture client verification after an EVV-eligible visit is temporarily suspended. Temporarily relaxing this requirement is intended to assist with safe physical distancing practices by removing the need to pass a device between the caregiver and individual at the end of a visit. We are working with the software vendor to remove the client signature requirement from Mobile Edge & Clinical Edge, if you are required to put something, please write "COVID". Caregivers must still complete all other EVV requirements including;  punching in / complete documentation and punching out.
